Terms and Conditions
§1 Scope and Definitions
(1) The following General Terms and Conditions apply to all deliveries between us and a consumer in the version valid at the time of the order.
(2) A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly neither commercial nor self-employed professional activities (§ 13 BGB).
§2 Contracting Party

§3 Offer and Conclusion of Contract
(1) The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but a non-binding invitation to place an order.
(2) By clicking the button “Buy now”, the consumer submits a binding offer to conclude a purchase contract.
(3) The confirmation of receipt of the order does not yet constitute acceptance of the offer. The contract is only concluded when we expressly accept the order or dispatch the goods.
§4 Prices, Shipping Costs, Payment
(1) All stated prices are final prices in accordance with § 19 UStG (small business regulation).
(2) The following shipping flat rates apply:
- within Germany: €2.99 to €3.99
- throughout the EU: €4.29 to €7.49
- to Switzerland: €4.29 to €7.49
These consist of postage, packaging, and handling.
(3) The following payment methods are accepted: PayPal, Klarna Direct, Apple Pay, Google Pay, American Express, Mastercard, Maestro, Visa, ShopPay, UnionPay.
§5 Delivery
(1) Delivery is made within Germany, throughout the EU, and to Switzerland.
(2) The average delivery time within Germany is 3–6 working days. For deliveries to Austria or Switzerland, the average delivery time is 5–7 working days. Delivery times to all other countries may vary. Personalized products are manufactured individually; therefore, shipping time is extended by 3–5 working days for orders containing personalized products.
(3) Shipping is carried out with basic tracking. This does not affect the consumer’s statutory warranty rights.
(4) Delivery to parcel lockers (Packstationen) is possible.
(5) Orders are generally shipped and delivered in full whenever possible. Partial deliveries are not intended and will only be made after prior agreement with the customer.
§6 Retention of Title
The goods remain our property until full payment has been made.
§7 Right of Withdrawal
Consumers are entitled to a right of withdrawal in accordance with statutory provisions (see withdrawal policy).
§8 Warranty
The statutory warranty rights apply.

Returns & Compensation for Diminished Value
We want you to be completely satisfied with your order. If you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal or request a return, we kindly ask you to handle the goods with care.
Please note:
The goods may be tested to assess their nature, characteristics, and functionality only to the extent that would be possible in a retail store.
If the goods are used beyond this extent, damaged, or returned incomplete, reasonable compensation for diminished value may be claimed (§ 357 para. 7 BGB).
The compensation is based on the condition of the goods upon receipt of the return.
Incomplete sets (e.g. sticker packs with missing items) or products showing signs of use beyond normal inspection may therefore result in a partial refund.
Please return the goods, if possible, in the original packaging or equivalent packaging to avoid transport damage.
We thank you for your understanding and cooperation in ensuring that returns can be processed quickly and fairly.
